Why are your web design prices so cheap?
Becase we are a web based company we dont have any fancy city centre offices, posh receptionists or loads of admin staff. we are able to pass these savings on to you. its that simple.
What do I do if I have any questions to ask before placing an order?

When you design a website, do you use templates?
No, when we design a website set we always start with the blank canvas we base the design around your company image or personal preference.
How long does it take you to design a website?
As soon as your intial payment has been paid and all required information has been sent to us we will start work on your website straight away. You should recieve a mockup image of what your site will look like with 2 days, If your happy with the design we will then start work on building the website and pages.
For basic and standard web design packages (5 or fewer pages), it would normally take 1 week to build and make live the website.
For Premium package (12 pages), this timescale would normally extend to 2 weeks.
Ecommerce sites will take a little longer due to integration with avactis shopping cart and you will be looking at around 3-4 weeks, although we will try our upmost to get your site online as soon as possible
What information do you require before commencing a website design project?
Before we start a web design project, we would require the following...
- A copy of your existing company logo (if applicable). If you do not have a logo but would like one for your Company we can design one for you for only £20 including VAT.
- A list of the page titles for your website. (welcome, services, about us, etc.)
- Draft text for your site (ideally in a Word document or text file).
- Any photos you would like including in your website.
- A list of any other websites you like the look and feel of (so we can gauge what kind of design you are looking for)?
FAQ's on Domain Names?
A domain name is simply a unique website address such as www.yourcompanyname.co.uk or www.yourcompanyname.com.
There are several domain types available such as .com .net .org etc.
it is recomended that if you are a UK comany you should register .co.uk domain and .com domain
You can have any domain name you wish, as long as it is currently available.

Please keep in mind that visitors to your website are likely to have to type your domain into their browser, so a short and memorable domain name is much better than a longwinded name.
Who owns your Domain Name?You do. If you wish us to register your domain's on your behalf we will register the domain in your own name or in the name of their business. As such, you will always own your own domain name.

Hosting is simply the name given to storing your website on a computer accessible to anyone via their web browser. All our client websites are hosted with 3ix.com - you may if you wish host your domain with your own prefered hosting company.
